We cover corporate conferences, galas, summits, product launches, networking events, and more. If you're not sure if we're the right fit, just reach out.
We're based in Austin and cover events across the metro, including West Lake Hills, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Round Rock, Georgetown and San Marcos, plus San Antonio, Dallas and Houston. We also travel for events outside Texas.
As a starting guide, on-site coverage begins at $150 per hour for René as a one-person crew, which includes travel to your venue plus our camera package and lighting kit, and editing for highlight reels and recordings begins at $75 per hour. Events that need additional crew are quoted per project. After a free intro call we send a written estimate for your event.
It depends on the scope. For large or multi-day events, a few weeks' notice gives us time to plan crew and gear, but we work with your timeline whenever we can. If your event is soon, reach out anyway.
Turnaround times vary depending on scope, but we always deliver on time without compromising quality. Same-day delivery is available for select packages.
Absolutely. Our headshot booth is a popular add-on for corporate events. We set up professional lighting and a backdrop right at your venue.
